These **Terms and Conditions** (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the **EASYLOAN** mobile application (the “App”) provided by **EASY LOAN SDN BHD** (“EASYLOAN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, do not use or install the App.

### **1. Acceptance of Terms**

By using the **EASYLOAN** App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via an in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

### **2. Eligibility**

You must be at least **18 years old** and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App. By agreeing to these Terms, you affirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

### **3. Use of the App**

**EASYLOAN** grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of the App.

### **4. Account Registration and Security**

In order to use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account, including any unauthorized use or access.

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

### **5. User Responsibilities**

You agree to:

* Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when using the App.

* Update your information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

* Not upload, post, or share any illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content.

* Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the App.

### **6. Data Privacy**

Your use of the App is governed by our **Privacy Policy**, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

### **7. License to Use Content**

You retain ownership of any content you upload or provide through the App (such as loan details, documents, or images). By uploading or submitting content, you grant **EASYLOAN** a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and process your content for the purpose of providing the App’s services.

### **8. Loan Services**

The **EASYLOAN** App allows users to track and manage their loans. **EASY LOAN SDN BHD** is a licensed financial services provider, holding loan license **WL4407/06/01-11/191026**, valid until **09/10/2026**. The terms and conditions governing loan products, including interest rates, repayment schedules, and fees, will be outlined separately in the loan agreement between you and **EASYLOAN**.

**EASYLOAN** does not guarantee loan approval, and loan terms may vary depending on your eligibility, credit assessment, and other factors.

### **9. Restrictions on Use**

You agree not to:

* Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part of it.

* Use the App in any manner that violates local, state, or national laws.

* Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers.

* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks.

### **10. Termination of Use**

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your device.

### **11. Disclaimers**

The **EASYLOAN** App is provided “as-is,” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

**EASY LOAN SDN BHD** shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use the App.

### **12. Limitation of Liability**

To the maximum extent permitted by law, **EASY LOAN SDN BHD**’s liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the App shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for using the App.

### **13. Indemnification**

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless **EASY LOAN SDN BHD**, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

### **14. Governing Law**

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **Malaysia**. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of **Malaysia**.

### **15. Modifications to the Terms**

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted in this document, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.
