End User License Agreement (EULA) for EASYLOAN App

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and EASY LOAN SDN BHD ("EASYLOAN," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the EASYLOAN mobile application (the "App") that you are about to download or have already downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, EASYLOAN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on your device for personal, non-commercial use. This license is granted to you solely for the purpose of using the App in accordance with its intended functionality.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, adapt, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App or any part of it.

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws and regulations.

Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App, servers, or networks connected to the App.

Use the App to create or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. User Account

To use the App, you may need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your information if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Privacy and Collection

By using the App, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. The types of data we collect may include, but are not limited to, personal information, loan data, and usage statistics. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Ownership

The App and all its contents, including but not limited to the software, graphics, text, design, and logos, are owned by EASY LOAN SDN BHD or its licensors. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App remain the property of EASY LOAN SDN BHD.

6. Updates and Maintenance

We may periodically release updates or modifications to the App to improve functionality, security, or performance. You agree to accept such updates and modifications. EASY LOAN SDN BHD reserves the right to discontinue the App or any features of the App at any time without prior notice.

7. Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the App from your device. EASY LOAN SDN BHD may terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease, and you must immediately stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

EASY LOAN SDN BHD makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

EASY LOAN SDN BHD does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EASY LOAN SDN BHD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EASY LOAN SDN BHD, its affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your violation of this Agreement or your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

11. Modifications to the Agreement

EASY LOAN SDN BHD reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. By continuing to use the App after such modifications, you agree to the updated terms.
